Service Description

INCLUDES: -Initial meeting (local or virtual) with the couple to go over wedding details, emailed paperwork and answer any questions they may have about the planning process. (up to an hour and a half meeting) -30 Day meeting with the couple at the venue (if locally and venue allows) to do a walk through and floor plan of how you want ceremony and reception setup and answer any outstanding questions and help finalize all details. (up to two and a half hour meeting) -Will create a very detailed wedding day timeline for couple, venue and all vendors. -Will contact all vendors at least 2 weeks prior via email or phone to confirm timeline and all wedding details -Will coordinate ceremony rehearsal day prior or day of (up to two hours) -Will be on-site for up to 10 hours the day of the wedding -Will lightly help decorate alongside friends, family or vendor staff. -Will greet vendors and accept deliveries (cake, flowers, etc.) -Will oversee set-up and breakdown of vendors -Will distribute final payments and tips to all vendors -Will keep timely flow of wedding day events and keep all vendors on schedule -Will direct ceremony processional -Will assist couple, bridal party and family as needed day-of wedding -Will pack to-go box of food and drinks for getaway car -Will line up all guests for send-off (sparklers, bubbles, lanterns, etc.) -Will lightly assist in clean up alongside family, friends or staff. *Package price is for events within 30 miles of 30534. Additional travel fees fluctuate with travel pricing. *Package does not include ceremony and or reception decoration and clean up. This service may be added for an extra charge. (Decor provided by couple) *On the day of the event, $150 per hour will be charged for any additional time coordinator is needed on site after the 10 hours included in the package.
